Sam Ash Repairs, Credits and DIPs

In order to most effectively process your customer repair returns, credits and DIPs we have moved to a spreadsheet form based system. Please download and complete the forms linked below to begin the process.

We are only accepting customer repairs for products that are still covered under our warranty. For non-warranty items, please direct the customer to have repairs done at a service center (links below).

DIP Exceptions
A majority of Samson products fall under our DIP policy for credit. The following products are exceptions that need to be returned to Samson for credit:

All B-stock SKUs should be included in DIP requests.

DIP - Destroy in Place Requests

When completing the DIP request form please complete the fields in green, including:

1. Store Number
2. DIP request Month/Year (e.g. April 2021)
3. SAMS VCM# if the request includes SAMS products. For a VCM# that starts with "0", you must enter an apostrophe (') before the number or else the first "0" will be removed.
4. SAMI VCM# if the request includes SAMI products. For a VCM# that starts with "0", you must enter an apostrophe (') before the number or else the first "0" will be removed.
5. Sam Ash SKU for each submitted product
6. Quantity for each submitted product should always be "1"
7. NAS/CBRE# for the submitted SKU
8. Net$ - Net cost for each SKU
